Information, Tos, etc.

Here are some basic TOS before the wall of text that is the legal portion of this.+ General rule of thumb is: if you don't know, just ask. I'm more often than not willing to work with people on what they want.+ I am fine taking written descriptions of characters, pinterest boards of inspo, etc. I've worked with a lot of various ways to get a picture across, I'm more than happy to work with you.+ I prefer to have some sort of open communication with my commissioner (you, the client). Either through twitter dms, tumble dms, or discord.+ I prefer payment up front, but I also understand people being nervous about commissions. If you're more comfortable / more financially prepared for half up front, half later, just let me know.+ I can and will decline a commission if the content makes me uncomfortable.+ Once I begin working on your commission, I do not issue refunds UNLESS it either:
- takes longer than three months
- something happens in which I cannot finish your commission+ If you are rude, constantly message me about your commission, push me to do something I don't like, or your behavior otherwise makes me uncomfortable, I will cancel your commission and refund up to half, depending on how far along I was on working.+ I do not work for free or for free reputation. If you want free art from me, you need to either hop on artfight during July and get my attention, or keep an eye out for warm up sketches.+ Once I'm finished, the artwork is your's. However, do not:
- sell prints or merchandise with my art without permission.
- feed it to an AI.
- make it into an NFT.

DISCLAIMER
By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.
• Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.
• If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.
• I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.
• NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.
You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.
Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

GENERALCLIENT
• You, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Prices.• You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.• You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.• You may not claim my work as your own.• Please only upload the smaller file publicly unless otherwise discussed.• You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.• You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).• You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.• In the case of an adoptable, you retain the rights to the character design.• You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.• You are NOT authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”• Any harassment in an attempt to bargain for a commission (a ‘slot’) is not tolerated. This includes inappropriately worded comments on my profile, as well as private messages. I reserve the right to place anyone on the blacklist over harassment.• Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.• These clients are permitted to include signatures and/or watermarks indicating the Artwork is my intellectual property. Credit in some form is required.• By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

I take payments through paypal (I send invoices!), but I also accept using ko-fi, cashapp, or venmo. My currency is USD, but paypal converts automatically.I also always accept tips <3 Appreciated, but not necessary.Additional charges may include but are not limited to:
+ excessively detailed character, armor, weapon, etc.
+ adding of pets or animal companions.
+ backgrounds.
+ small animations.
+ rush charges.

Sketches

Base prices reflect without color or additional people / animals.Icons - $10USD
Busts - $15USD
Full body - $20Add single color accent: +$5
Add flat colors: +$10
Add another person or animal: +$5

Fully colored

Base prices reflect a single character, without a background (simple backgrounds like shapes or colors are fine.)Icons: $25USD
Couples icons: $40 for two, $10 for each individual icon after.
Busts: $50USD + $15 for additional character.
Full body: $100USD + $40 for additional character.Heavily detailed or complicated characters will get a small charge extra.Add background: +$20 - $70 depending on complexity. Full scenes are on the higher side.

Pixel art

Base price reflects a single character without a background or animation. These typically come on transparent backgrounds and will be in a slightly different art style.Icons: $15USD
Busts: $25USD
Full body: $50USDAdditional characters: +$5-20
Background item(s): +$5-10
Minor animation (bouncing, blinking, grinning, etc:) +$5-15

Pokemon Team

Full picture includes a character (or yourself) and a full pokemon team (six pokemon).
You choose the pokemon, variances and accessories for them allowed.Waist up: $150 USD.
Full body: $200 USD.
Full scene (including background): $300USDFull body and waist up images come with a simple background or transparent background (your choice), while full scenes will include a background of your choice (forest, beach, etc)
